for TimeCapital (“App”)

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App. The App does not require registration and does not collect personal data directly from users. The App uses Yandex Ads to display advertising, and the advertising SDK may process certain device and usage information as described below.

The App does not collect personal information such as your name, phone number, address, or email, and it does not create user accounts.
3) Advertising (Yandex Ads) and Third-Party Data Processing
The App displays ads using Yandex Ads. To provide advertising services and measure ad performance, Yandex Ads may automatically process certain information, which can include:
- Advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID) or similar device identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location inferred from IP (e.g., city/region level);
- Device and app information (device model, OS version, language, app version);
- Ad events and diagnostics (ad impressions, clicks, errors, anti-fraud signals).
This information is used for purposes such as delivering ads, frequency capping, analytics, preventing fraud, and improving advertising services. We do not receive information that directly identifies you as an individual.
4) How We Use Information
Since the App does not collect personal data directly, we do not use it for profiling, marketing, or selling data. Any data processed for advertising is handled by Yandex Ads for the purposes described above.
5) Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with Yandex only to the extent necessary to provide advertising through the Yandex Ads SDK.
6) Data Retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Retention and protection of any advertising-related data is governed by Yandex’s policies and settings.
7) Your Choices
You can limit ad personalization by changing your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads / Advertising → reset or limit ad personalization.
- Huawei devices: Settings → Privacy → Ads (menu names may vary by EMUI version).
Note: the exact names of settings may differ depending on your device and OS version.
8) Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal data. Advertising providers may process device information as described above to deliver ads.
9) International Transfers
Yandex may process information on servers located in different countries/regions. Please refer to Yandex’s privacy documentation for details on where and how data is processed.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
